About the project
The Brief:
Alex’s DIY website was in desperate need of a makeover - it lacked brand clarity, & it wasn’t converting. She wanted to take her brand style to the next level and create a beautiful & effective website that would sell more of her coaching programs & truly reflect her level of expertise + the massive value that she brings to her coaching clients in the holistic wellness space.
Site goals:
To book more discovery calls for her coaching services & programs.
To build her email list subscriber base via her free quiz.
To sell more 1:1 coaching + her group programs.
The Before:
According to data & analytics expert Dr. Emily Neuhoff (from Commit Me Co), Alex’s old DIY website “behaved like a digital brochure for an established audience rather than a discovery channel for new clients.”
Not only was it NOT converting into sales, the website’s retention was near zero meaning that site visitors did not return after viewing.

Expanded colour palette with a range of tones - lush greens and warmer burnt orange & tan.

The After:
Alex now has that beautiful and effective website thast is strategically designed to convert and sell. Her uplevelled brand style is cohesively integrated throughout the site and combines with a thoughtful user-journey that viewers can navigate with ease.
And it is working! As of 7th January 2026, the click-rate (engagement rate) of Alex’s website has increased by a whopping 77% in a 30 day time period which is incredible.
